About the Role:

A rapidly growing behavioral health network specializing in drug rehab is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy. As the company expands its operations, it requires a strategic financial leader to analyze spending, improve financial efficiencies, and oversee financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
• Work closely with the finance department to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
• Compare and analyze spending trends to optimize financial performance.
• Understand and integrate financial operations across different business units.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy for growth and expansion.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the executive team to drive financial decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a CFO or senior financial role, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and operational finance.
• Experience in scaling businesses and optimizing financial structures.
• Ability to analyze and improve financial performance across multiple operations.
