Pay & Benefits:

• Training program: 4–6 weeks of paid on the road instruction with an experienced mentor.

• Orientation bonus: $300 added to your first check.

• After training: $0.56–$0.64 CPM depending on miles and performance.

• Average weekly pay: $1,300 as a solo driver.

• 1,600–2,200 average miles weekly.

• 100% no touch freight and 50% drop and hook.

Schedule & Home Time:

Requirements:

• CDL-A license from a certified training school.

• No DUIs within 5 years and clean driving record.

• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
