**URGENTLY HIRING ENTRY LEVEL TO SEASONED ASSEMBLERS FOR A GROWING AEROSPACE MANUFACTURER** **Pay:** $18 - $21 **Location:** Fairfield, NJ **Shift:** 1st or 2nd, 7am - 4pm, or 3pm - 1ppm **Responsibilities** + Interpret drawings and blueprints for assemblies. + Wrap, crimp, and strip wires for assembly fabrication. + Identify correct parts and report missing parts or assembly issues. + Inspect own work and complete repairs and reworks. + Conduct and document tests of units per specifications. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of experience in cable and wire harness assembly. + Proficiency in reading blueprints and diagrams (3-5 years). + Expertise in crimping and shielding (3-5 years). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Any certifications are a plus. + Experience with companies such as Northrup Grumman, Niitek, Virginia Panel, or World Test Systems is advantageous. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, NJ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
