Business Intelligence Developer / Analyst

We’re seeking a Business Intelligence Developer / Analyst to design and deliver data solutions that empower smarter business decisions across our global organization. You’ll work cross-functionally to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights using Tableau, SQL, and our data warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports for operational and strategic decision-making.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into BI solutions.
• Develop business-oriented metadata definitions and documentation to ensure consistent data understanding.
• Interface with Data Warehouse engineers to define and fulfill complex data requirements.
• Lead small to medium BI projects with minimal supervision, managing timelines, deliverables, and user communication.
• Provide training and support to end users to maximize adoption of BI tools and insights.
• Ensure all solutions meet internal standards for development, usability, and performance.

• Transform complex datasets into visually engaging dashboards and narratives that drive strategic decisions.
• Deliver transparency and visibility to cross-functional teams through metrics like conversion rates and segment performance.
• Collaborate with business partners to establish and track KPIs that measure success and performance goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a BI Developer or Analyst in a data warehouse environment.
• Strong SQL development and troubleshooting skills using SQL IDEs.
• 4+ years of experience with Tableau or similar tools (Power BI, Looker, Cognos, QlikView, Business Objects).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, R, or similar tools for analysis, data automation, or machine learning.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and dbt.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
