APIGEE Dev Portal Support Business System Analyst

5+ years of work experience on API Management Domain (Eg: REST, GraphQL, gRPC, Websocket, EDA etc.)

5+ years of work experience on API Management Platform/Tools (Eg: Apigee, MS Azure, Envoy etc.)

5+ years of experience on implementing/maintaining API Developer Portal or API Gateways

Functional & Technical Content Creation/Authoring for portals

Prior experience of User Interface & Experience is a value add

Identify, document, and validate current state technology capabilities/ecosystem and support stakeholders to design the desired future state; provide recommendations and/or direction based on the end-to-end customer experience when making decisions.

Own and manage the traceability of system requirements through design and development, testing, and deployment; ensure the acceptance criteria demonstrates the changes to systems that will meet stakeholder expectations.

Support testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing

BSA Soft and Tech Skills

• Requirements Management ability to elicit, document and manage requirements from stakeholders.
• Agile Methodologies Knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies for project delivery.
• Process Mapping and Analysis Understanding and mapping business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• System Analysis Ability to analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement or new solutions.
• Critical Thinking Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and make sound judgments.
• Stakeholder Management Ability to lead & engage with stakeholders, understand their needs, and ensure alignment on project goals.
