Description Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify a Brand Designer (contract). In this role, you will design a range of visual assets including brand elements, web and social media graphics, infographics, presentations, print layouts, manuals, internal communications, and more. This role is hybrid 3 days per week in Austin, TX. Applicants will be required to showcase a digital portfolio. Key Responsibilities: + Under the direction of the Creative Director and Brand Manager, design visual assets for internal and external use. + Assist in the development and continuous improvement of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels. + Create brand and marketing collateral for various campaigns and events in line with audience and company brand. + Incorporate internal and external feedback to refine designs. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field + 4+ years of professional experience as a designer of visual assets + Digital portfolio that showcases a range of projects, including both print and digital designs + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud + Experience or exposure to utilizing Figma + Ability to create compelling visual designs across a variety of formats + Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization Contract Benefit Offerings: + Healthcare (medical, dental, and vision plans) + 401(k) and retirement plans + Commuter benefits + Employee and vendor discounts + Employee Assistance Program (EAP) + And many more!
