Summary

The Brand Design Manager leads the creative vision and execution of Grace Technologies’ brand through visual storytelling, campaign innovation, and design excellence. This role owns the look, feel, and consistency of all marketing assets while managing the daily workflow of the creative team.

You’ll guide and inspire the creative team, balancing hands-on design work with strategic leadership. From concept to launch, you’ll transform complex industrial and technical stories into compelling visuals that embody Grace Technologies’ purpose of making maintenance safer, smarter and more efficient.

  • Own the creative direction and visual identity of Grace Technologies, ensuring our brand reflects innovation, reliability, and purpose across every platform.
  • Drive creative excellence and innovation by developing high-impact concepts and campaigns that elevate industrial storytelling and make complex ideas easy to understand.
  • Personally contribute to design work through hands-on creation of digital, video, and print assets, setting the example for quality, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Lead and inspire the creative team, providing direction, feedback, and mentorship that builds confidence, skills, and a culture of design excellence.
  • Push creative boundaries by experimenting with new formats, tools, and technologies (including Al that improve how we communicate visually and differentiate Grace in the market.
  • Translate technical and industrial concepts into clear, engaging creative that connects with our audience and supports marketing and business goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align creative strategy with campaign objectives and product launches.
  • Maintain and evolve our brand identity, managing design systems, templates, and standards that ensure consistency through innovation-not repetition.
  • Oversee project flow and priorities for the creative team, balancing timelines, resources, and quality across concurrent campaigns and deliverables.
  • Lead creative production for events and campaigns, ensuring cohesive brand experiences across booths, videos, digital assets, and collateral.
  • Review creative performance and insights to understand what resonates and apply data-driven improvements to future design work.
  • Contribute to annual planning and budgeting for creative resources, tools, and vendor partnerships to maximize impact and ROl.

Knowledge And Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or creative roles with a strong portfolio that demonstrates brand elevation, visual storytelling, and clean design.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) and familiar with Canva or Figma.
  • Experience managing design workflows and collaborating across departments.
  • Strong conceptual thinker who can translate complex ideas into clear, engaging creative.
  • Understanding of CRM, CMS, and SEO platforms (HubSpot and Shopify preferred).
  • Familiar with social media and paid advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta).
  • Excellent organization and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring creative performance.
  • Curiosity for design trends, technology, and tools that help improve creative output.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.

Education And/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Language Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Sufficient technical and creative writing skills. Proven editorial skills including strong language skills and the ability to adjust content to remain consistent with brand, style, and tone. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have sufficient knowledge of social media platforms, Adobe Creative Suite CC, and Microsoft Office Suite.
