The role centers around managing high-volume personal injury cases, providing top-tier client communication, and maintaining detailed legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, offering updates and support throughout their case lifecycle
• Collect, organize, and analyze medical and damage-related documentation
• Prepare settlement demands, calculations, and agreements for attorney review
• Manage all administrative functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and file organization
• Ensure consistent progress across 70+ active cases

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in personal injury law as a paralegal
• Fluent in both Spanish and English , written and spoken
• Comfortable managing high caseloads (70+ cases)
• Strong understanding of the  North Carolina personal injury claims process (South Carolina experience may be considered)
• Experience drafting detailed settlement demands and communicating directly with attorneys and clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
