Are you a recent Psychology graduate or someone looking to move into meaningful nonprofit work? At The Edinburg Center , your work directly supports adults with autism and helps strengthen a more inclusive community.

We’re hiring multiple Behavior Technicians for our adult day program in Burlington, MA , where relationships, dignity, and person-centered support come first.

Pay: $22.22/hour

Position Details:

• Location: Burlington, MA
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Requirements: A BA in Psychology or related field (or 2+ years of relevant experience), experience working with individuals with Autism, and a valid MA driver’s license.

What You’ll Do:

• Implement and monitor behavior support plans.
• Work directly with young adults on the Autism spectrum.
• Collaborate with an awesome team of professionals.
• Get involved in special projects and help create a vibrant community
