T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking BCBAs and BCaBAs for part-time positions with the opportunity to grow into full-time roles. We are a small but growing company that prioritizes work-life balance and a supportive team culture .

Partial Remote / Hybrid Opportunity.

T.R.A.C. is an in-home ABA company offering a hybrid work model . This role allows for remote flexibility , with the understanding that in-person visits are required for:

• Initial client assessments.
• Starting new clients.
• Monthly in-person supervision visits.

The rest of your time can be structured to meet both clinical needs and your personal schedule , allowing you to telehealth supervise and complete documentation remotely .

We're Looking For:

BCBAs and BCaBAs who are:

• Results-driven and client-focused.
• Team players who enjoy collaboration.
• Passionate about helping individuals and families overcome challenges associated with autism.

Requirements:

For BCaBAs:

• Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• LARA License.

For BCBAs:

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• LARA License (if applicable).
