Job Description

A respected family law practice with a strong Southern California presence is expanding its Los Angeles office and seeking an attorney who wants hands-on responsibility and consistent courtroom exposure. What You’ll Do

  • This role provides direct client interaction and meaningful ownership over your matters.
  • Manage an average caseload of approximately 40 family law matters
  • Conduct intake calls and lead client consultations that convert into retained matters
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes
  • Litigate matters involving divorce, custody, support, adoption, and domestic violence
  • Appear in court and gain trial experience as cases require

Compensation

  • Total income range of $100,000 to $150,000
  • Structured bonus opportunities

Work Schedule & Expectations

  • 1850 annual billable hour expectation
  • In-office role based in Los Angeles, CA
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • Office hours begin at 9:00 a.m.
  • Average of 35 to 40 total hours per week, including billable and non-billable time
