Join the New Albany Country Club team as an Assistant Swim Coach, where you will support the development and success of our swim program in New Albany, OH. This role involves working closely with the head coach to provide quality swim training, foster a positive team environment, and help our athletes reach their full potential. Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in planning and conducting swim practices and training sessions.
• Provide instruction and guidance to swimmers of varying skill levels, focusing on technique, endurance, and sportsmanship.
• Help organize and oversee swim meets and events.
• Monitor swimmers’ progress and provide feedback to help improve performance.
• Ensure safety protocols and pool regulations are followed at all times.
• Support team-building activities and promote a positive, inclusive environment for all swimmers.

• Previous experience coaching or working with swimmers preferred.
• Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and training methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage swimmers of all ages.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• High school, club, or collegiate swim background.
