Architectural Drafter / Interior Designer – Luxury Residential Projects
Aventura, FL | Full-Time | Mon-Fri, 8 AM – 4 PM

Join a premier design-build firm in Aventura, FL , known for delivering $1M–$10M ultra-luxury homes and high-end renovations across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We’re seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter / Interior Designer skilled in producing precise drawings and creative layouts for high-end residential remodels and new-construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Draft and develop architectural and interior design drawings for custom homes and renovations
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to refine design intent
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, millwork, and finish schedules
• Coordinate drawing sets for permitting and construction
• Select materials, finishes, and interior details consistent with luxury-level standards

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in architectural drafting or interior design for high-end residential projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp ; 3D rendering skills a plus
• Strong understanding of construction methods and building codes
• Excellent attention to detail and design aesthetics
• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred
