Job Title: Amazon Shipping Specialist 
Location: Lakewood, NJ

Type: Contract To Hire
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM | Monday-Friday 

Amazon Shipping Specialist Job Duties: 

• Monitor, track, and maintain accurate inventory records
• Oversee a small team of employees 
• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Coordinate with purchasing, receiving, and warehouse staff
• Perform shipping duties 
• Enter and update inventory data in inventory management systems
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory
• Prepare inventory reports and documentation
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Follow company safety policies and procedures

Amazon Shipping Specialist Job Requirements: 

• Must have experience/knowledge of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) procedures 
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous managerial experience 
• 1–3 years of inventory control, warehouse, or related experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills; experience with inventory software preferred
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
